    Jide Lanlehin joined the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in 1991 and was called to the Bar in 1994.

    In the English courts, Jide, who is a very experienced advocate has appeared in Immigration cases in the first-tier tribunal, through to the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

    Jide, as a result of his unusual ability to work under pressure and an eye for detail, is a counsel of choice for solicitors in complex criminal cases involving asset recovery, confiscation, money laundering, fraud, murder and rape. He also accepts instructions from clients who have been convicted of serious crime and intend to appeal their conviction and/or sentence to the Court of Appeal or the Criminal Cases Review Commission.


    He has in the past received instructions in Employment Law cases involving Unfair Dismissal and Racial Discrimination; Professional Conduct cases such as Solicitors’ before the SDT and GMC Tribunal for Doctors and UKCC for Nurses, Midwifery and Health Visitors.

    He is an Accredited Pupil Master; a former Part-time Lecturer (Advocacy, Conference and Negotiation skills); an External Advocacy Assessor for the Crown Prosecution Service,UK.

    Recently, he was appointed as an English Law Consultant for the Firm of J-K Gadzama LLP. This is a firm that provides a wide range of services ranging from local to international legal services and transactions; amongst other areas of specialisation.

    Jide accepts instructions from solicitors and individuals on a direct access basis.
