Chima practised at the Nigerian Bar before being called to the English Bar in 1991.
He has a versatile practice which includes, immigration law and practice, commercial law, property law, big money divorce cases, employment law and public law.
He has appeared as an advocate in complex cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the House of Lords. He was the lead counsel for the Respondent inthe case of Mark –v- Mark  UKHL 42 in the House of Lords.

Chima has acted for both wives and husbands in many complex ‘big money’ divorce case.
He has also been involved in my cross-border cases between Nigeria and England.
He is an accredited expert on Nigerian law.
